ਕੋਟਿ ਜਨਮ ਕੇ ਰਹੇ ਭਵਾਰੇ ॥ कोटि जनम के रहे भवारे ॥ Kot janam ke rahe bẖavāre. My wandering through millions of births has ended. ਦੁਲਭ ਦੇਹ ਜੀਤੀ ਨਹੀ ਹਾਰੇ ॥੧॥ दुलभ देह जीती नही हारे ॥१॥ Ḏulabẖ ḏeh jīṯī nahī hāre. ||1|| I have won, and not lost, this human body, so difficult to obtain. ||1|| ਆਸਾ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥ आसा महला ५ ॥ Āsā mėhlā 5. Aasaa, Fifth Mehl: ਕਿਲਬਿਖ ਬਿਨਾਸੇ ਦੁਖ ਦਰਦ ਦੂਰਿ ॥ किलबिख बिनासे दुख दरद दूरि ॥ Kilbikẖ bināse ḏukẖ ḏaraḏ ḏūr. My sins have been erased, and my sufferings and pains are gone. ਭਏ ਪੁਨੀਤ ਸੰਤਨ ਕੀ ਧੂਰਿ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ भए पुनीत संतन की धूरि ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Bẖa▫e punīṯ sanṯan kī ḏẖūr. ||1|| rahā▫o. I have been sanctified by the dust of the feet of the Saints. ||1||Pause|| ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕੇ ਸੰਤ ਉਧਾਰਨ ਜੋਗ ॥ प्रभ के संत उधारन जोग ॥ Parabẖ ke sanṯ uḏẖāran jog. The Saints of God have the ability to save us; ਤਿਸੁ ਭੇਟੇ ਜਿਸੁ ਧੁਰਿ ਸੰਜੋਗ ॥੨॥ तिसु भेटे जिसु धुरि संजोग ॥२॥ Ŧis bẖete jis ḏẖur sanjog. ||2|| they meet with those of us who have such pre-ordained destiny. ||2|| ਮਨਿ ਆਨੰਦੁ ਮੰਤ੍ਰੁ ਗੁਰਿ ਦੀਆ ॥ मनि आनंदु मंत्रु गुरि दीआ ॥ Man ānanḏ manṯar gur ḏī▫ā. My mind is filled with bliss, since the Guru gave me the Mantra of the Lord's Name. ਤ੍ਰਿਸਨ ਬੁਝੀ ਮਨੁ ਨਿਹਚਲੁ ਥੀਆ ॥੩॥ त्रिसन बुझी मनु निहचलु थीआ ॥३॥ Ŧarisan bujẖī man nihcẖal thī▫ā. ||3|| My thirst has been quenched, and my mind has become steady and stable. ||3|| ਨਾਮੁ ਪਦਾਰਥੁ ਨਉ ਨਿਧਿ ਸਿਧਿ ॥ नामु पदारथु नउ निधि सिधि ॥ Nām paḏārath na▫o niḏẖ siḏẖ. The wealth of the Naam, the Name of the Lord, is for me the nine treasures, and the spiritual powers of the Siddhas. ਨਾਨਕ ਗੁਰ ਤੇ ਪਾਈ ਬੁਧਿ ॥੪॥੧੪॥੬੫॥ नानक गुर ते पाई बुधि ॥४॥१४॥६५॥ Nānak gur ṯe pā▫ī buḏẖ. ||4||14||65|| O Nanak, I have obtained understanding from the Guru. ||4||14||65|| ਮਿਟੀ ਤਿਆਸ ਅਗਿਆਨ ਅੰਧੇਰੇ ॥ मिटी तिआस अगिआन अंधेरे ॥ Mitī ṯi▫ās agi▫ān anḏẖere. My thirst, and the darkness of ignorance have been removed. ਸੂਖ ਸਹਜ ਆਨੰਦੁ ਘਨਾ ॥ सूख सहज आनंदु घना ॥ Sūkẖ sahj ānanḏ gẖanā. I have obtained celestial peace and immense joy. ਸਾਧ ਸੇਵਾ ਅਘ ਕਟੇ ਘਨੇਰੇ ॥੧॥ साध सेवा अघ कटे घनेरे ॥१॥ Sāḏẖ sevā agẖ kate gẖanere. ||1|| Serving the Holy Saints, countless sins are obliterated. ||1||
