ੴ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ॥ ੴ सतिगुर प्रसादि ॥ Ik▫oaʼnkār saṯgur parsāḏ. One Universal Creator God. By The Grace Of The True Guru: ਰਾਗੁ ਆਸਾ ਘਰੁ ੫ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ रागु आसा घरु ५ महला ५ Rāg āsā gẖar 5 mėhlā 5 Raag Aasaa, Fifth House, Fifth Mehl: ਭ੍ਰਮ ਮਹਿ ਸੋਈ ਸਗਲ ਜਗਤ ਧੰਧ ਅੰਧ ॥ भ्रम महि सोई सगल जगत धंध अंध ॥ Bẖaram mėh so▫ī sagal jagaṯ ḏẖanḏẖ anḏẖ. The whole world is asleep in doubt; it is blinded by worldly entanglements. ਕੋਊ ਜਾਗੈ ਹਰਿ ਜਨੁ ॥੧॥ कोऊ जागै हरि जनु ॥१॥ Ko▫ū jāgai har jan. ||1|| How rare is that humble servant of the Lord who is awake and aware. ||1|| ਮਹਾ ਮੋਹਨੀ ਮਗਨ ਪ੍ਰਿਅ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ॥ महा मोहनी मगन प्रिअ प्रीति प्रान ॥ Mahā mohnī magan pari▫a parīṯ parān. The mortal is intoxicated with the great enticement of Maya, which is dearer to him than life. ਕੋਊ ਤਿਆਗੈ ਵਿਰਲਾ ॥੨॥ कोऊ तिआगै विरला ॥२॥ Ko▫ū ṯi▫āgai virlā. ||2|| How rare is the one who renounces it. ||2|| ਚਰਨ ਕਮਲ ਆਨੂਪ ਹਰਿ ਸੰਤ ਮੰਤ ॥ चरन कमल आनूप हरि संत मंत ॥ Cẖaran kamal ānūp har sanṯ manṯ. The Lord's Lotus Feet are incomparably beautiful; so is the Mantra of the Saint. ਕੋਊ ਲਾਗੈ ਸਾਧੂ ॥੩॥ कोऊ लागै साधू ॥३॥ Ko▫ū lāgai sāḏẖū. ||3|| How rare is that holy person who is attached to them. ||3|| ਨਾਨਕ ਸਾਧੂ ਸੰਗਿ ਜਾਗੇ ਗਿਆਨ ਰੰਗਿ ॥ नानक साधू संगि जागे गिआन रंगि ॥ Nānak sāḏẖū sang jāge gi▫ān rang. O Nanak, in the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, the love of divine knowledge is awakened; ਵਡਭਾਗੇ ਕਿਰਪਾ ॥੪॥੧॥੩੯॥ वडभागे किरपा ॥४॥१॥३९॥ vadbẖāge kirpā. ||4||1||39|| the Lord's Mercy is bestowed upon those who are blessed with such good destiny. ||4||1||39||
