ਚਾਰਿ ਪਹਰ ਚਹੁ ਜੁਗਹ ਸਮਾਨੇ ॥ चारि पहर चहु जुगह समाने ॥ Cẖār pahar cẖahu jugah samāne. The four watches of the day are like the four ages. ਦਰਸਨ ਕੀ ਮਨਿ ਆਸ ਘਨੇਰੀ ਕੋਈ ਐਸਾ ਸੰਤੁ ਮੋ ਕਉ ਪਿਰਹਿ ਮਿਲਾਵੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ दरसन की मनि आस घनेरी कोई ऐसा संतु मो कउ पिरहि मिलावै ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Ḏarsan kī man ās gẖanerī ko▫ī aisā sanṯ mo ka▫o pirėh milāvai. ||1|| rahā▫o. My mind's desire for the Blessed Vision of His Darshan is so great. Is there any Saint who can lead me to meet my Beloved? ||1||Pause|| ਪੰਚ ਦੂਤ ਮਿਲਿ ਪਿਰਹੁ ਵਿਛੋੜੀ ॥ पंच दूत मिलि पिरहु विछोड़ी ॥ Pancẖ ḏūṯ mil pirahu vicẖẖoṛī. The five demons have joined together, to separate me from my Husband Lord. ਭ੍ਰਮਿ ਭ੍ਰਮਿ ਰੋਵੈ ਹਾਥ ਪਛੋੜੀ ॥੩॥ भ्रमि भ्रमि रोवै हाथ पछोड़ी ॥३॥ Bẖaram bẖaram rovai hāth pacẖẖoṛī. ||3|| Wandering and rambling, I cry out and wring my hands. ||3|| ਰੈਣਿ ਭਈ ਤਬ ਅੰਤੁ ਨ ਜਾਨੇ ॥੨॥ रैणि भई तब अंतु न जाने ॥२॥ Raiṇ bẖa▫ī ṯab anṯ na jāne. ||2|| And when night comes, I think that it shall never end. ||2|| ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਕਉ ਹਰਿ ਦਰਸੁ ਦਿਖਾਇਆ ॥ जन नानक कउ हरि दरसु दिखाइआ ॥ Jan Nānak ka▫o har ḏaras ḏikẖā▫i▫ā. The Lord has revealed the Blessed Vision of His Darshan to servant Nanak; ਆਤਮੁ ਚੀਨ੍ਹ੍ਹਿ ਪਰਮ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਇਆ ॥੪॥੧੫॥ आतमु चीन्हि परम सुखु पाइआ ॥४॥१५॥ Āṯam cẖīnėh param sukẖ pā▫i▫ā. ||4||15|| realizing his own self, he has obtained supreme peace. ||4||15||
