ਜੋਨਿ ਛਾਡਿ ਜਉ ਜਗ ਮਹਿ ਆਇਓ ॥ जोनि छाडि जउ जग महि आइओ ॥ Jon cẖẖād ja▫o jag mėh ā▫i▫o. He leaves the womb, and comes into the world; ਗਉੜੀ ੯ ॥ गउड़ी ९ ॥ Ga▫oṛī 9. Gauree 9: ਲਾਗਤ ਪਵਨ ਖਸਮੁ ਬਿਸਰਾਇਓ ॥੧॥ लागत पवन खसमु बिसराइओ ॥१॥ Lāgaṯ pavan kẖasam bisrā▫i▫o. ||1|| as soon as the air touches him, he forgets his Lord and Master. ||1|| ਜੀਅਰਾ ਹਰਿ ਕੇ ਗੁਨਾ ਗਾਉ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ जीअरा हरि के गुना गाउ ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Jī▫arā har ke gunā gā▫o. ||1|| rahā▫o. O my soul, sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord. ||1||Pause|| ਗਰਭ ਜੋਨਿ ਮਹਿ ਉਰਧ ਤਪੁ ਕਰਤਾ ॥ गरभ जोनि महि उरध तपु करता ॥ Garabẖ jon mėh uraḏẖ ṯap karṯā. You were upside-down, living in the womb; you generated the intense meditative heat of 'tapas'. ਤਉ ਜਠਰ ਅਗਨਿ ਮਹਿ ਰਹਤਾ ॥੨॥ तउ जठर अगनि महि रहता ॥२॥ Ŧa▫o jaṯẖar agan mėh rahṯā. ||2|| Then, you escaped the fire of the belly. ||2|| ਲਖ ਚਉਰਾਸੀਹ ਜੋਨਿ ਭ੍ਰਮਿ ਆਇਓ ॥ लख चउरासीह जोनि भ्रमि आइओ ॥ Lakẖ cẖa▫orāsīh jon bẖaram ā▫i▫o. After wandering through 8.4 million incarnations, you came. ਅਬ ਕੇ ਛੁਟਕੇ ਠਉਰ ਨ ਠਾਇਓ ॥੩॥ अब के छुटके ठउर न ठाइओ ॥३॥ Ab ke cẖẖutke ṯẖa▫ur na ṯẖā▫i▫o. ||3|| If you stumble and fall now, you shall find no home or place of rest. ||3|| ਕਹੁ ਕਬੀਰ ਭਜੁ ਸਾਰਿਗਪਾਨੀ ॥ कहु कबीर भजु सारिगपानी ॥ Kaho Kabīr bẖaj sārigpānī. Says Kabeer, meditate, vibrate upon the Lord, the Sustainer of the earth. ਆਵਤ ਦੀਸੈ ਜਾਤ ਨ ਜਾਨੀ ॥੪॥੧॥੧੧॥੬੨॥ आवत दीसै जात न जानी ॥४॥१॥११॥६२॥ Āvaṯ ḏīsai jāṯ na jānī. ||4||1||11||62|| He is not seen to be coming or going; He is the Knower of all. ||4||1||11||62||
