ਬਿਖੈ ਕਉੜਤਣਿ ਸਗਲ ਮਾਹਿ ਜਗਤਿ ਰਹੀ ਲਪਟਾਇ ॥ बिखै कउड़तणि सगल माहि जगति रही लपटाइ ॥ Bikẖai ka▫uṛ▫ṯaṇ sagal māhi jagaṯ rahī laptā▫e. The bitter poison of corruption is everywhere; it clings to the substance of the world. ਮਃ ੫ ॥ मः ५ ॥ Mėhlā 5. Fifth Mehl: ਨਾਨਕ ਜਨਿ ਵੀਚਾਰਿਆ ਮੀਠਾ ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਨਾਉ ॥੨॥ नानक जनि वीचारिआ मीठा हरि का नाउ ॥२॥ Nānak jan vīcẖāri▫ā mīṯẖā har kā nā▫o. ||2|| O Nanak, the humble being has realized that the Name of the Lord alone is sweet. ||2||
