ਤੂ ਸਚਾ ਸਾਹਿਬੁ ਸਚੁ ਹੈ ਸਚੁ ਸਚੇ ਭਾਵੈ ॥ तू सचा साहिबु सचु है सचु सचे भावै ॥ Ŧū sacẖā sāhib sacẖ hai sacẖ sacẖe bẖāvai. You, O True Lord and Master, are True; the Truth is pleasing to the True One. ਪਉੜੀ ॥ पउड़ी ॥ Pa▫oṛī. Pauree: ਜੋ ਤੁਧੁ ਸਚੁ ਸਲਾਹਦੇ ਤਿਨ ਜਮ ਕੰਕਰੁ ਨੇੜਿ ਨ ਆਵੈ ॥ जो तुधु सचु सलाहदे तिन जम कंकरु नेड़ि न आवै ॥ Jo ṯuḏẖ sacẖ salāhḏe ṯin jam kankar neṛ na āvai. The Messenger of Death does not even approach those who praise You, O True Lord. ਤਿਨ ਕੇ ਮੁਖ ਦਰਿ ਉਜਲੇ ਜਿਨ ਹਰਿ ਹਿਰਦੈ ਸਚਾ ਭਾਵੈ ॥ तिन के मुख दरि उजले जिन हरि हिरदै सचा भावै ॥ Ŧin ke mukẖ ḏar ujle jin har hirḏai sacẖā bẖāvai. Their faces are radiant in the Court of the Lord; the Lord is pleasing to their hearts. ਕੂੜਿਆਰ ਪਿਛਾਹਾ ਸਟੀਅਨਿ ਕੂੜੁ ਹਿਰਦੈ ਕਪਟੁ ਮਹਾ ਦੁਖੁ ਪਾਵੈ ॥ कूड़िआर पिछाहा सटीअनि कूड़ु हिरदै कपटु महा दुखु पावै ॥ Kūṛi▫ār picẖẖāhā satī▫an kūṛ hirḏai kapat mahā ḏukẖ pāvai. The false ones are left behind; because of the falsehood and deceit in their hearts, they suffer in terrible pain. ਮੁਹ ਕਾਲੇ ਕੂੜਿਆਰੀਆ ਕੂੜਿਆਰ ਕੂੜੋ ਹੋਇ ਜਾਵੈ ॥੬॥ मुह काले कूड़िआरीआ कूड़िआर कूड़ो होइ जावै ॥६॥ Muh kāle kūṛi▫ārī▫ā kūṛi▫ār kūṛo ho▫e jāvai. ||6|| Black are the faces of the false; the false remain just false. ||6||
