ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮੁ ਨਾਮੁ ਜਪੁ ਜਪਿਆ ਅੰਤਰਿ ਬਾਹਰਿ ਰੰਗਿ ॥ नानक नामु नामु जपु जपिआ अंतरि बाहरि रंगि ॥ Nānak nām nām jap japi▫ā anṯar bāhar rang. O Nanak, one who chants the Naam, and meditates on the Naam with love inwardly and outwardly, ਸਲੋਕੁ ॥ सलोकु ॥ Salok. Shalok: ਗੁਰਿ ਪੂਰੈ ਉਪਦੇਸਿਆ ਨਰਕੁ ਨਾਹਿ ਸਾਧਸੰਗਿ ॥੧॥ गुरि पूरै उपदेसिआ नरकु नाहि साधसंगि ॥१॥ Gur pūrai upḏesi▫ā narak nāhi sāḏẖsang. ||1|| receives the Teachings from the Perfect Guru; he joins the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, and does not fall into hell. ||1||
