ਮਾਤੋ ਹਰਿ ਰੰਗਿ ਮਾਤੋ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ मातो हरि रंगि मातो ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Māṯo har rang māṯo. ||1|| rahā▫o. Gauree, Fifth Mehl: ਉਆਹੂ ਸਿਉ ਮਨੁ ਰਾਤੋ ॥੧॥ उआहू सिउ मनु रातो ॥१॥ U▫āhū si▫o man rāṯo. ||1|| My mind is drenched with it. ||1|| ਓੁਹੀ ਪੀਓ ਓੁਹੀ ਖੀਓ ਗੁਰਹਿ ਦੀਓ ਦਾਨੁ ਕੀਓ ॥ ओही पीओ ओही खीओ गुरहि दीओ दानु कीओ ॥ Ohī pī▫o ohī kẖī▫o gurėh ḏī▫o ḏān kī▫o. I drink it in - I am drunk with it. The Guru has given it to me in charity. ਓੁਹੀ ਭਾਠੀ ਓੁਹੀ ਪੋਚਾ ਉਹੀ ਪਿਆਰੋ ਉਹੀ ਰੂਚਾ ॥ ओही भाठी ओही पोचा उही पिआरो उही रूचा ॥ Ohī bẖāṯẖī ohī pocẖā uhī pi▫āro uhī rūcẖā. It is my furnace, it is the cooling plaster. It is my love, it is my longing. ਮਨਿ ਓਹੋ ਸੁਖੁ ਜਾਤੋ ॥੨॥ मनि ओहो सुखु जातो ॥२॥ Man oho sukẖ jāṯo. ||2|| My mind knows it as peace. ||2|| ਸਹਜ ਕੇਲ ਅਨਦ ਖੇਲ ਰਹੇ ਫੇਰ ਭਏ ਮੇਲ ॥ सहज केल अनद खेल रहे फेर भए मेल ॥ Sahj kel anaḏ kẖel rahe fer bẖa▫e mel. I enjoy intuitive peace, and I play in bliss; the cycle of reincarnation is ended for me, and I am merged with the Lord. ਨਾਨਕ ਗੁਰ ਸਬਦਿ ਪਰਾਤੋ ॥੩॥੪॥੧੫੭॥ नानक गुर सबदि परातो ॥३॥४॥१५७॥ Nānak gur sabaḏ parāṯo. ||3||4||157|| Nanak is pierced through with the Word of the Guru's Shabad. ||3||4||157||
