ਨਿਰਗੁਣ ਕਥਾ ਕਥਾ ਹੈ ਹਰਿ ਕੀ ॥ निरगुण कथा कथा है हरि की ॥ Nirguṇ kathā kathā hai har kī. The Speech of the Lord is the most sublime speech, free of any attributes. ਗਉੜੀ ਗੁਆਰੇਰੀ ਮਹਲਾ ੪ ॥ गउड़ी गुआरेरी महला ४ ॥ Ga▫oṛī gu▫ārerī mėhlā 4. Gauree Gwaarayree, Fourth Mehl: ਭਜੁ ਮਿਲਿ ਸਾਧੂ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਜਨ ਕੀ ॥ भजु मिलि साधू संगति जन की ॥ Bẖaj mil sāḏẖū sangaṯ jan kī. Vibrate on it, meditate on it, and join the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy. ਤਰੁ ਭਉਜਲੁ ਅਕਥ ਕਥਾ ਸੁਨਿ ਹਰਿ ਕੀ ॥੧॥ तरु भउजलु अकथ कथा सुनि हरि की ॥१॥ Ŧar bẖa▫ojal akath kathā sun har kī. ||1|| Cross over the terrifying world-ocean, listening to the Unspoken Speech of the Lord. ||1|| ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਤਸੰਗਤਿ ਮੇਲਾਇ ॥ गोबिंद सतसंगति मेलाइ ॥ Gobinḏ saṯsangaṯ melā▫e. O Lord of the Universe, unite me with the Sat Sangat, the True Congregation. ਹਰਿ ਰਸੁ ਰਸਨਾ ਰਾਮ ਗੁਨ ਗਾਇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ हरि रसु रसना राम गुन गाइ ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Har ras rasnā rām gun gā▫e. ||1|| rahā▫o. My tongue savors the sublime essence of the Lord, singing the Lord's Glorious Praises. ||1||Pause|| ਜੋ ਜਨ ਧਿਆਵਹਿ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮਾ ॥ जो जन धिआवहि हरि हरि नामा ॥ Jo jan ḏẖi▫āvahi har har nāmā. Those humble beings who meditate on the Name of the Lord, Har, Har - ਤਿਨ ਦਾਸਨਿ ਦਾਸ ਕਰਹੁ ਹਮ ਰਾਮਾ ॥ तिन दासनि दास करहु हम रामा ॥ Ŧin ḏāsan ḏās karahu ham rāmā. please make me the slave of their slaves, Lord. ਜਨ ਕੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਊਤਮ ਕਾਮਾ ॥੨॥ जन की सेवा ऊतम कामा ॥२॥ Jan kī sevā ūṯam kāmā. ||2|| Serving Your slaves is the ultimate good deed. ||2|| ਜੋ ਹਰਿ ਕੀ ਹਰਿ ਕਥਾ ਸੁਣਾਵੈ ॥ जो हरि की हरि कथा सुणावै ॥ Jo har kī har kathā suṇāvai. One who chants the Speech of the Lord - ਸੋ ਜਨੁ ਹਮਰੈ ਮਨਿ ਚਿਤਿ ਭਾਵੈ ॥ सो जनु हमरै मनि चिति भावै ॥ So jan hamrai man cẖiṯ bẖāvai. that humble servant is pleasing to my conscious mind. ਜਿਨ ਕਉ ਲਿਖਤੁ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਧੁਰਿ ਪਾਈ ॥ जिन कउ लिखतु लिखिआ धुरि पाई ॥ Jin ka▫o likẖaṯ likẖi▫ā ḏẖur pā▫ī. who are blessed with such pre-ordained destiny. ਸੰਤ ਜਨਾ ਸਿਉ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਬਨਿ ਆਈ ॥ संत जना सिउ प्रीति बनि आई ॥ Sanṯ janā si▫o parīṯ ban ā▫ī. They are in love with the humble Saints, ਜਨ ਪਗ ਰੇਣੁ ਵਡਭਾਗੀ ਪਾਵੈ ॥੩॥ जन पग रेणु वडभागी पावै ॥३॥ Jan pag reṇ vadbẖāgī pāvai. ||3|| Those who are blessed with great good fortune obtain the dust of the feet of the humble. ||3|| ਤੇ ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮਿ ਸਮਾਈ ॥੪॥੨॥੪੦॥ ते जन नानक नामि समाई ॥४॥२॥४०॥ Ŧe jan Nānak nām samā▫ī. ||4||2||40|| Those humble beings, O Nanak, are absorbed in the Naam, the Name of the Lord. ||4||2||40||
