ਪੇਖਿ ਪੇਖਿ ਬਿਗਸਾਉ ਸਾਜਨ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਆਪਨਾ ਇਕਾਂਤ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ पेखि पेखि बिगसाउ साजन प्रभु आपना इकांत ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Pékʰ pékʰ bigsaa▫o saajan parabʰ aapnaa ikaaⁿṫ. ||1|| rahaa▫o. Gazing upon and beholding my Best Friend, I blossom forth in bliss; my God is the One and Only. ||1||Pause|| ਕਾਨੜਾ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥ कानड़ा महला ५ ॥ Kaanṛaa mėhlaa 5. Kaanraa, Fifth Mehl: ਸਿਮਰਤ ਇਕ ਬਾਰ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਮਿਟਿ ਕੋਟਿ ਕਸਮਲ ਜਾਂਤਿ ॥੨॥ सिमरत इक बार हरि हरि मिटि कोटि कसमल जांति ॥२॥ Simraṫ ik baar har har mit kot kasmal jaaⁿṫ. ||2|| Meditating in remembrance of the Lord, Har, Har, even once, millions of sins are erased. ||2|| ਆਨਦਾ ਸੁਖ ਸਹਜ ਮੂਰਤਿ ਤਿਸੁ ਆਨ ਨਾਹੀ ਭਾਂਤਿ ॥੧॥ आनदा सुख सहज मूरति तिसु आन नाही भांति ॥१॥ Aanḋaa sukʰ sahj mooraṫ ṫis aan naahee bʰaaⁿṫ. ||1|| He is the Image of Ecstasy, Intuitive Peace and Poise. There is no other like Him. ||1|| ਗੁਣ ਰਮੰਤ ਦੂਖ ਨਾਸਹਿ ਰਿਦ ਭਇਅੰਤ ਸਾਂਤਿ ॥੩॥ गुण रमंत दूख नासहि रिद भइअंत सांति ॥३॥ Guṇ ramanṫ ḋookʰ naasėh riḋ bʰa▫i▫anṫ saaⁿṫ. ||3|| Uttering His Glorious Praises, suffering is eradicated, and the heart becomes tranquil and calm. ||3|| ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਾ ਰਸੁ ਪੀਉ ਰਸਨਾ ਨਾਨਕ ਹਰਿ ਰੰਗਿ ਰਾਤ ॥੪॥੪॥੧੫॥ अमृता रसु पीउ रसना नानक हरि रंगि रात ॥४॥४॥१५॥ Amriṫaa ras pee▫o rasnaa Naanak har rang raaṫ. ||4||4||15|| drink the Sweet, Sublime Ambrosial Nectar, O Nanak! And be imbued with the Love of the Lord. ||4||4||15||
