ਆਪਿ ਕਰਾਏ ਕਰੇ ਆਪਿ ਹਉ ਕੈ ਸਿਉ ਕਰੀ ਪੁਕਾਰ ॥ आपि कराए करे आपि हउ कै सिउ करी पुकार ॥ Āp karā▫e kare āp ha▫o kai si▫o karī pukār. He Himself does, and causes all to be done. Unto whom can I complain? ਪਉੜੀ ॥ पउड़ी ॥ Pa▫oṛī. Pauree: ਆਪੇ ਲੇਖਾ ਮੰਗਸੀ ਆਪਿ ਕਰਾਏ ਕਾਰ ॥ आपे लेखा मंगसी आपि कराए कार ॥ Āpe lekẖā mangsī āp karā▫e kār. He Himself calls the mortal beings to account; He Himself causes them to act. ਜੋ ਤਿਸੁ ਭਾਵੈ ਸੋ ਥੀਐ ਹੁਕਮੁ ਕਰੇ ਗਾਵਾਰੁ ॥ जो तिसु भावै सो थीऐ हुकमु करे गावारु ॥ Jo ṯis bẖāvai so thī▫ai hukam kare gāvār. Whatever pleases Him happens. Only a fool issues commands. ਆਪਿ ਛਡਾਏ ਛੁਟੀਐ ਆਪੇ ਬਖਸਣਹਾਰੁ ॥ आपि छडाए छुटीऐ आपे बखसणहारु ॥ Āp cẖẖadā▫e cẖẖutī▫ai āpe bakẖsaṇhār. He Himself saves and redeems; He Himself is the Forgiver. ਆਪੇ ਵੇਖੈ ਸੁਣੇ ਆਪਿ ਸਭਸੈ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰੁ ॥ आपे वेखै सुणे आपि सभसै दे आधारु ॥ Āpe vekẖai suṇe āp sabẖsai ḏe āḏẖār. He Himself sees, and He Himself hears; He gives His Support to all. ਸਭ ਮਹਿ ਏਕੁ ਵਰਤਦਾ ਸਿਰਿ ਸਿਰਿ ਕਰੇ ਬੀਚਾਰੁ ॥ सभ महि एकु वरतदा सिरि सिरि करे बीचारु ॥ Sabẖ mėh ek varaṯḏā sir sir kare bīcẖār. He alone is pervading and permeating all; He considers each and every one. ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਆਪੁ ਵੀਚਾਰੀਐ ਲਗੈ ਸਚਿ ਪਿਆਰੁ ॥ गुरमुखि आपु वीचारीऐ लगै सचि पिआरु ॥ Gurmukẖ āp vīcẖārī▫ai lagai sacẖ pi▫ār. The Gurmukh reflects on the self, lovingly attached to the True Lord. ਨਾਨਕ ਕਿਸ ਨੋ ਆਖੀਐ ਆਪੇ ਦੇਵਣਹਾਰੁ ॥੧੦॥ नानक किस नो आखीऐ आपे देवणहारु ॥१०॥ Nānak kis no ākẖī▫ai āpe ḏevaṇhār. ||10|| O Nanak, whom can we ask? He Himself is the Great Giver. ||10||
