ਸਾਵਣੁ ਆਇਆ ਝਿਮਝਿਮਾ ਹਰਿ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਇ ॥ सावणु आइआ झिमझिमा हरि गुरमुखि नामु धिआइ ॥ Sāvaṇ ā▫i▫ā jẖimjẖimā har gurmukẖ nām ḏẖi▫ā▫e. The rainy season of Saawan has come. The Gurmukh meditates on the Lord's Name. ਮਃ ੪ ॥ मः ४ ॥ Mėhlā 4. Fourth Mehl: ਦੁਖ ਭੁਖ ਕਾੜਾ ਸਭੁ ਚੁਕਾਇਸੀ ਮੀਹੁ ਵੁਠਾ ਛਹਬਰ ਲਾਇ ॥ दुख भुख काड़ा सभु चुकाइसी मीहु वुठा छहबर लाइ ॥ Ḏukẖ bẖukẖ kāṛā sabẖ cẖukā▫isī mīhu vuṯẖā cẖẖahbar lā▫e. All pain, hunger and misfortune end, when the rain falls in torrents. ਸਭ ਧਰਤਿ ਭਈ ਹਰੀਆਵਲੀ ਅੰਨੁ ਜੰਮਿਆ ਬੋਹਲ ਲਾਇ ॥ सभ धरति भई हरीआवली अंनु जमिआ बोहल लाइ ॥ Sabẖ ḏẖaraṯ bẖa▫ī harī▫āvalī ann jammi▫ā bohal lā▫e. The entire earth is rejuvenated, and the grain grows in abundance. ਹਰਿ ਅਚਿੰਤੁ ਬੁਲਾਵੈ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਕਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਆਪੇ ਪਾਵੈ ਥਾਇ ॥ हरि अचिंतु बुलावै क्रिपा करि हरि आपे पावै थाइ ॥ Har acẖinṯ bulāvai kirpā kar har āpe pāvai thā▫e. The Carefree Lord, by His Grace, summons that mortal whom the Lord Himself approves. ਹਰਿ ਤਿਸਹਿ ਧਿਆਵਹੁ ਸੰਤ ਜਨਹੁ ਜੁ ਅੰਤੇ ਲਏ ਛਡਾਇ ॥ हरि तिसहि धिआवहु संत जनहु जु अंते लए छडाइ ॥ Har ṯisėh ḏẖi▫āvahu sanṯ janhu jo anṯe la▫e cẖẖadā▫e. So meditate on the Lord, O Saints; He shall save you in the end. ਹਰਿ ਕੀਰਤਿ ਭਗਤਿ ਅਨੰਦੁ ਹੈ ਸਦਾ ਸੁਖੁ ਵਸੈ ਮਨਿ ਆਇ ॥ हरि कीरति भगति अनंदु है सदा सुखु वसै मनि आइ ॥ Har kīraṯ bẖagaṯ anand hai saḏā sukẖ vasai man ā▫e. The Kirtan of the Lord's Praises and devotion to Him is bliss; peace shall come to dwell in the mind. ਜਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹਾ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਅਰਾਧਿਆ ਤਿਨਾ ਦੁਖ ਭੁਖ ਲਹਿ ਜਾਇ ॥ जिन्हा गुरमुखि नामु अराधिआ तिना दुख भुख लहि जाइ ॥ Jinĥā gurmukẖ nām arāḏẖi▫ā ṯinā ḏukẖ bẖukẖ lėh jā▫e. Those Gurmukhs who worship the Naam, the Name of the Lord - their pain and hunger departs. ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤੈ ਗਾਇ ਗੁਣ ਹਰਿ ਦਰਸਨੁ ਦੇਹੁ ਸੁਭਾਇ ॥੩॥ जन नानकु त्रिपतै गाइ गुण हरि दरसनु देहु सुभाइ ॥३॥ Jan Nānak ṯaripṯai gā▫e guṇ har ḏarsan ḏeh subẖā▫e. ||3|| Servant Nanak is satisfied, singing the Glorious Praises of the Lord. Please embellish him with the Blessed Vision of Your Darshan. ||3||
