Saarang, Fifth Mehl: ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਮਾਨ ਪਤਿ ਪਿਤ ਸੁਤ ਬੰਧਪ ਹਰਿ ਸਰਬਸੁ ਧਨ ਮੋਰ ॥ प्रान मान पति पित सुत बंधप हरि सरबसु धन मोर ॥ Parān mān paṯ piṯ suṯ banḏẖap har sarbas ḏẖan mor. The Lord is my breath of life, honor, spouse, parent, child, relative, wealth - everything. ਦਰਸਨ ਰੁਚਿਤ ਪਿਆਸ ਮਨਿ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਸਕਤ ਨ ਕੋਈ ਤੋਰਿ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ दरसन रुचित पिआस मनि सुंदर सकत न कोई तोरि ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Ḏarsan rucẖiṯ pi▫ās man sunḏar sakaṯ na ko▫ī ṯor. ||1|| rahā▫o. I am intoxicated with it. My mind has such a longing and thirst for the Blessed Vision, the Darshan of my Beauteous Lord. No one can break this. ||1||Pause|| ਭਇਓ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲ ਦੀਨ ਦੁਖ ਭੰਜਨੁ ਪਰਾ ਪੂਰਬਲਾ ਜੋਰ ॥ भइओ क्रिपाल दीन दुख भंजनु परा पूरबला जोर ॥ Bẖa▫i▫o kirpāl ḏīn ḏukẖ bẖanjan parā pūrbalā jor. The Destroyer of the pains of the poor has become merciful to me, by the power of the karma of my past actions. ਧ੍ਰਿਗੁ ਸਰੀਰੁ ਅਸਤ ਬਿਸਟਾ ਕ੍ਰਿਮ ਬਿਨੁ ਹਰਿ ਜਾਨਤ ਹੋਰ ॥੧॥ ध्रिगु सरीरु असत बिसटा क्रिम बिनु हरि जानत होर ॥१॥ Ḏẖarig sarīr asaṯ bistā kiram bin har jānaṯ hor. ||1|| Cursed is this body of bones, this pile of maggots and manure, if it knows any other than the Lord. ||1|| ਨਾਨਕ ਸਰਣਿ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਨਿਧਿ ਸਾਗਰ ਬਿਨਸਿਓ ਆਨ ਨਿਹੋਰ ॥੨॥੧੦੧॥੧੨੪॥ नानक सरणि क्रिपा निधि सागर बिनसिओ आन निहोर ॥२॥१०१॥१२४॥ Nānak saraṇ kirpā niḏẖ sāgar binsi▫o ān nihor. ||2||101||124|| Nanak seeks the Sanctuary of God, the Treasure, the Ocean of Mercy; my subservience to others is past. ||2||101||124||
