ਮਾਈ ਰੀ ਕਾਟੀ ਜਮ ਕੀ ਫਾਸ ॥ माई री काटी जम की फास ॥ Mā▫ī rī kātī jam kī fās. O mother, the noose of Death has been cut away. ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਜਪਤ ਸਰਬ ਸੁਖ ਪਾਏ ਬੀਚੇ ਗ੍ਰਸਤ ਉਦਾਸ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ हरि हरि जपत सरब सुख पाए बीचे ग्रसत उदास ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Har har japaṯ sarab sukẖ pā▫e bīcẖe garsaṯ uḏās. ||1|| rahā▫o. Saarang, Fifth Mehl: ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਲੀਨੇ ਕਰਿ ਅਪੁਨੇ ਉਪਜੀ ਦਰਸ ਪਿਆਸ ॥ करि किरपा लीने करि अपुने उपजी दरस पिआस ॥ Kar kirpā līne kar apune upjī ḏaras pi▫ās. Granting His Grace, He has made me His Own. The thirst for the Blessed Vision of His Darshan wells up within me. ਸੰਤਸੰਗਿ ਮਿਲਿ ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਏ ਬਿਨਸੀ ਦੁਤੀਆ ਆਸ ॥੧॥ संतसंगि मिलि हरि गुण गाए बिनसी दुतीआ आस ॥१॥ Saṯsang mil har guṇ gā▫e binsī ḏuṯī▫ā ās. ||1|| Joining the Society of the Saints, I sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord; I have given up other hopes. ||1|| ਮਹਾ ਉਦਿਆਨ ਅਟਵੀ ਤੇ ਕਾਢੇ ਮਾਰਗੁ ਸੰਤ ਕਹਿਓ ॥ महा उदिआन अटवी ते काढे मारगु संत कहिओ ॥ Mahā uḏi▫ān atvī ṯe kādẖe mārag sanṯ kahi▫o. The Saint has pulled me out of the utterly desolate wilderness, and shown me the path. ਦੇਖਤ ਦਰਸੁ ਪਾਪ ਸਭਿ ਨਾਸੇ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਨਕ ਰਤਨੁ ਲਹਿਓ ॥੨॥੧੦੦॥੧੨੩॥ देखत दरसु पाप सभि नासे हरि नानक रतनु लहिओ ॥२॥१००॥१२३॥ Ḏekẖaṯ ḏaras pāp sabẖ nāse har Nānak raṯan lahi▫o. ||2||100||123|| Gazing upon His Darshan, all sins are taken away; Nanak is blessed with the jewel of the Lord. ||2||100||123||
