Saarang, Fifth Mehl: ਜਨ ਕਾ ਰਾਖਾ ਆਪਿ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਬੇਮੁਖ ਕਉ ਆਇ ਪਹੂਚੀ ਮੀਚ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ जन का राखा आपि सुआमी बेमुख कउ आइ पहूची मीच ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Jan kā rākẖā āp su▫āmī bemukẖ ka▫o ā▫e pahūcẖī mīcẖ. ||1|| rahā▫o. Our Lord and Master is the Saving Grace, the Protector of His humble servants; those who have turned their backs on the Guru are overtaken by death. ||1||Pause|| ਉਸ ਕਾ ਕਹਿਆ ਕੋਇ ਨ ਸੁਣਈ ਕਹੀ ਨ ਬੈਸਣੁ ਪਾਵੈ ॥ उस का कहिआ कोइ न सुणई कही न बैसणु पावै ॥ Us kā kahi▫ā ko▫e na suṇ▫ī kahī na baisaṇ pāvai. No one listens to what he says; he is not allowed to sit anywhere. ਈਹਾਂ ਦੁਖੁ ਆਗੈ ਨਰਕੁ ਭੁੰਚੈ ਬਹੁ ਜੋਨੀ ਭਰਮਾਵੈ ॥੧॥ ईहां दुखु आगै नरकु भुंचै बहु जोनी भरमावै ॥१॥ Īhāʼn ḏukẖ āgai narak bẖuncẖai baho jonī bẖarmāvai. ||1|| He suffers in pain here, and falls into hell hereafter. He wanders in endless reincarnations. ||1|| ਪ੍ਰਗਟੁ ਭਇਆ ਖੰਡੀ ਬ੍ਰਹਮੰਡੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਪਣਾ ਪਾਇਆ ॥ प्रगटु भइआ खंडी ब्रहमंडी कीता अपणा पाइआ ॥ Pargat bẖa▫i▫ā kẖandī barahmandī kīṯā apṇā pā▫i▫ā. He has become infamous across worlds and galaxies; he receives according to what he has done. ਨਾਨਕ ਸਰਣਿ ਨਿਰਭਉ ਕਰਤੇ ਕੀ ਅਨਦ ਮੰਗਲ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਇਆ ॥੨॥੮੩॥੧੦੬॥ नानक सरणि निरभउ करते की अनद मंगल गुण गाइआ ॥२॥८३॥१०६॥ Nānak saraṇ nirbẖa▫o karṯe kī anaḏ mangal guṇ gā▫i▫ā. ||2||83||106|| Nanak seeks the Sanctuary of the Fearless Creator Lord; he sings His Glorious Praises in ecstasy and bliss. ||2||83||106||
