ਸਿਮਰਤ ਨਾਮੁ ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਗਤਿ ਪਾਵੈ ॥ सिमरत नामु प्रान गति पावै ॥ Simraṯ nām parān gaṯ pāvai. Saarang, Fifth Mehl: ਮਿਟਹਿ ਕਲੇਸ ਤ੍ਰਾਸ ਸਭ ਨਾਸੈ ਸਾਧਸੰਗਿ ਹਿਤੁ ਲਾਵੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ मिटहि कलेस त्रास सभ नासै साधसंगि हितु लावै ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Mitėh kales ṯarās sabẖ nāsai sāḏẖsang hiṯ lāvai. ||1|| rahā▫o. His sorrows are dispelled, and his fears are all erased; he is in love with the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy. ||1||Pause|| ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਮਨਿ ਆਰਾਧੇ ਰਸਨਾ ਹਰਿ ਜਸੁ ਗਾਵੈ ॥ हरि हरि हरि हरि मनि आराधे रसना हरि जसु गावै ॥ Har har har har man ārāḏẖe rasnā har jas gāvai. His mind worships and adores the Lord, Har, Har, Har, Har; his tongue sings the Praises of the Lord. ਤਜਿ ਅਭਿਮਾਨੁ ਕਾਮ ਕ੍ਰੋਧੁ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਬਾਸੁਦੇਵ ਰੰਗੁ ਲਾਵੈ ॥੧॥ तजि अभिमानु काम क्रोधु निंदा बासुदेव रंगु लावै ॥१॥ Ŧaj abẖimān kām kroḏẖ ninḏā bāsuḏev rang lāvai. ||1|| Abandoning egotistical pride, sexual desire, anger and slander, he embraces love for the Lord. ||1|| ਦਾਮੋਦਰ ਦਇਆਲ ਆਰਾਧਹੁ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਕਰਤ ਸੋੁਹਾਵੈ ॥ दामोदर दइआल आराधहु गोबिंद करत सोहावै ॥ Ḏāmoḏar ḏa▫i▫āl ārāḏẖahu gobinḏ karaṯ sohāvai. Worship and adore the Merciful Lord God; chanting the Name of the Lord of the Universe, you shall be embellished and exalted. ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਭ ਕੀ ਹੋਇ ਰੇਨਾ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਦਰਸਿ ਸਮਾਵੈ ॥੨॥੪੮॥੭੧॥ कहु नानक सभ की होइ रेना हरि हरि दरसि समावै ॥२॥४८॥७१॥ Kaho Nānak sabẖ kī ho▫e renā har har ḏaras samāvai. ||2||48||71|| Says Nanak, whoever becomes the dust of all, merges in the Blessed Vision of the Lord, Har, Har. ||2||48||71||
