By The Grace Of The True Guru: ਭੈਰਉ ਨਾਮਦੇਉ ਜੀਉ ਘਰੁ ੨ भैरउ नामदेउ जीउ घरु २ Bẖairo nāmḏe▫o jī▫o gẖar 2 Bhairao, Naam Dayv Jee, Second House: ਜੈਸੀ ਭੂਖੇ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਅਨਾਜ ॥ जैसी भूखे प्रीति अनाज ॥ Jaisī bẖūkẖe parīṯ anāj. As the hungry person loves food, ਤ੍ਰਿਖਾਵੰਤ ਜਲ ਸੇਤੀ ਕਾਜ ॥ त्रिखावंत जल सेती काज ॥ Ŧarikẖāvaʼnṯ jal seṯī kāj. and the thirsty person is obsessed with water, ਜੈਸੀ ਮੂੜ ਕੁਟੰਬ ਪਰਾਇਣ ॥ जैसी मूड़ कुट्मब पराइण ॥ Jaisī mūṛ kutamb parā▫iṇ. and as the fool is attached to his family- ਐਸੀ ਨਾਮੇ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਨਰਾਇਣ ॥੧॥ ऐसी नामे प्रीति नराइण ॥१॥ Aisī nāme parīṯ narā▫iṇ. ||1|| just so, the Lord is very dear to Naam Dayv. ||1|| ਨਾਮੇ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਨਾਰਾਇਣ ਲਾਗੀ ॥ नामे प्रीति नाराइण लागी ॥ Nāme parīṯ nārā▫iṇ lāgī. Naam Dayv is in love with the Lord. ਸਹਜ ਸੁਭਾਇ ਭਇਓ ਬੈਰਾਗੀ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ सहज सुभाइ भइओ बैरागी ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Sahj subẖā▫e bẖa▫i▫o bairāgī. ||1|| rahā▫o. He has naturally and intuitively become detached from the world. ||1||Pause|| ਜੈਸੀ ਪਰ ਪੁਰਖਾ ਰਤ ਨਾਰੀ ॥ जैसी पर पुरखा रत नारी ॥ Jaisī par purkẖā raṯ nārī. Like the woman who falls in love with another man, ਕਾਮੀ ਪੁਰਖ ਕਾਮਨੀ ਪਿਆਰੀ ॥ कामी पुरख कामनी पिआरी ॥ Kāmī purakẖ kāmnī pi▫ārī. and the sexually promiscuous man who loves women and sex, ਐਸੀ ਨਾਮੇ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਮੁਰਾਰੀ ॥੨॥ ऐसी नामे प्रीति मुरारी ॥२॥ Aisī nāme parīṯ murārī. ||2|| just so, Naam Dayv is in love with the Lord. ||2|| ਲੋਭੀ ਨਰੁ ਧਨ ਕਾ ਹਿਤਕਾਰੀ ॥ लोभी नरु धन का हितकारी ॥ Lobẖī nar ḏẖan kā hiṯkārī. and the greedy man who loves only wealth, ਸਾਈ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਜਿ ਆਪੇ ਲਾਏ ॥ साई प्रीति जि आपे लाए ॥ Sā▫ī parīṯ jė āpe lā▫e. But that alone is real love, which the Lord Himself inspires; ਗੁਰ ਪਰਸਾਦੀ ਦੁਬਿਧਾ ਜਾਏ ॥ गुर परसादी दुबिधा जाए ॥ Gur parsādī ḏubiḏẖā jā▫e. by Guru's Grace, duality is eradicated. ਕਬਹੁ ਨ ਤੂਟਸਿ ਰਹਿਆ ਸਮਾਇ ॥ कबहु न तूटसि रहिआ समाइ ॥ Kabahu na ṯūtas rahi▫ā samā▫e. Such love never breaks; through it, the mortal remains merged in the Lord. ਨਾਮੇ ਚਿਤੁ ਲਾਇਆ ਸਚਿ ਨਾਇ ॥੩॥ नामे चितु लाइआ सचि नाइ ॥३॥ Nāme cẖiṯ lā▫i▫ā sacẖ nā▫e. ||3|| Naam Dayv has focused his consciousness on the True Name. ||3|| ਜੈਸੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਬਾਰਿਕ ਅਰੁ ਮਾਤਾ ॥ जैसी प्रीति बारिक अरु माता ॥ Jaisī parīṯ bārik ar māṯā. Like the love between the child and its mother, ਐਸਾ ਹਰਿ ਸੇਤੀ ਮਨੁ ਰਾਤਾ ॥ ऐसा हरि सेती मनु राता ॥ Aisā har seṯī man rāṯā. so is my mind imbued with the Lord. ਗੋਬਿਦੁ ਬਸੈ ਹਮਾਰੈ ਚੀਤਿ ॥੪॥੧॥੭॥ गोबिदु बसै हमारै चीति ॥४॥१॥७॥ Gobiḏ basai hamārai cẖīṯ. ||4||1||7|| The Lord of the Universe abides within my consciousness. ||4||1||7||
