ਸੁਕ੍ਰਿਤੁ ਕਰਣੀ ਸਾਰੁ ਜਪਮਾਲੀ ॥ सुक्रितु करणी सारु जपमाली ॥ Sukariṯ karṇī sār japmālī. To do good deeds is the best rosary. ਭੈਰਉ ਮਹਲਾ ੪ ॥ भैरउ महला ४ ॥ Bẖairo mėhlā 4. Bhairao, Fourth Mehl: ਹਿਰਦੈ ਫੇਰਿ ਚਲੈ ਤੁਧੁ ਨਾਲੀ ॥੧॥ हिरदै फेरि चलै तुधु नाली ॥१॥ Hirḏai fer cẖalai ṯuḏẖ nālī. ||1|| Chant on the beads within your heart, and it shall go along with you. ||1|| ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਜਪਹੁ ਬਨਵਾਲੀ ॥ हरि हरि नामु जपहु बनवाली ॥ Har har nām japahu banvālī. Chant the Name of the Lord, Har, Har, the Lord of the forest. ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਮੇਲਹੁ ਸਤਸੰਗਤਿ ਤੂਟਿ ਗਈ ਮਾਇਆ ਜਮ ਜਾਲੀ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ करि किरपा मेलहु सतसंगति तूटि गई माइआ जम जाली ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Kar kirpā melhu saṯsangaṯ ṯūt ga▫ī mā▫i▫ā jam jālī. ||1|| rahā▫o. Have mercy on me, Lord, and unite me with the Sat Sangat, the True Congregation, so that I may be released from Maya's noose of death. ||1||Pause|| ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਸੇਵਾ ਘਾਲ ਜਿਨਿ ਘਾਲੀ ॥ गुरमुखि सेवा घाल जिनि घाली ॥ Gurmukẖ sevā gẖāl jin gẖālī. Whoever, as Gurmukh, serves and works hard, ਤਿਸੁ ਘੜੀਐ ਸਬਦੁ ਸਚੀ ਟਕਸਾਲੀ ॥੨॥ तिसु घड़ीऐ सबदु सची टकसाली ॥२॥ Ŧis gẖaṛī▫ai sabaḏ sacẖī taksālī. ||2|| is molded and shaped in the true mint of the Shabad, the Word of God. ||2|| ਹਰਿ ਅਗਮ ਅਗੋਚਰੁ ਗੁਰਿ ਅਗਮ ਦਿਖਾਲੀ ॥ हरि अगम अगोचरु गुरि अगम दिखाली ॥ Har agam agocẖar gur agam ḏikẖālī. The Guru has revealed to me the Inaccessible and Unfathomable Lord. ਵਿਚਿ ਕਾਇਆ ਨਗਰ ਲਧਾ ਹਰਿ ਭਾਲੀ ॥੩॥ विचि काइआ नगर लधा हरि भाली ॥३॥ vicẖ kā▫i▫ā nagar laḏẖā har bẖālī. ||3|| Searching within the body-village, I have found the Lord. ||3|| ਹਮ ਬਾਰਿਕ ਹਰਿ ਪਿਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਪਾਲੀ ॥ हम बारिक हरि पिता प्रतिपाली ॥ Ham bārik har piṯā parṯipālī. I am just a child; the Lord is my Father, who nurtures and cherishes me. ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਤਾਰਹੁ ਨਦਰਿ ਨਿਹਾਲੀ ॥੪॥੩॥ जन नानक तारहु नदरि निहाली ॥४॥३॥ Jan Nānak ṯārahu naḏar nihālī. ||4||3|| Please save servant Nanak, Lord; bless him with Your Glance of Grace. ||4||3||
