ਮਨਸਾ ਮਨਹਿ ਸਮਾਇ ਲੈ ਗੁਰ ਸਬਦੀ ਵੀਚਾਰ ॥ मनसा मनहि समाइ लै गुर सबदी वीचार ॥ Mansā manėh samā▫e lai gur sabḏī vīcẖār. The desires of the mind are absorbed in the mind, contemplating the Word of the Guru's Shabad. ਭੈਰਉ ਮਹਲਾ ੩ ॥ भैरउ महला ३ ॥ Bẖairo mėhlā 3. Bhairao, Third Mehl: ਗੁਰ ਪੂਰੇ ਤੇ ਸੋਝੀ ਪਵੈ ਫਿਰਿ ਮਰੈ ਨ ਵਾਰੋ ਵਾਰ ॥੧॥ गुर पूरे ते सोझी पवै फिरि मरै न वारो वार ॥१॥ Gur pūre ṯe sojẖī pavai fir marai na vāro vār. ||1|| Understanding is obtained from the Perfect Guru, and then the mortal does not die over and over again. ||1|| ਮਨ ਮੇਰੇ ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮੁ ਆਧਾਰੁ ॥ मन मेरे राम नामु आधारु ॥ Man mere rām nām āḏẖār. My mind takes the Support of the Lord's Name. ਗੁਰ ਪਰਸਾਦਿ ਪਰਮ ਪਦੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਸਭ ਇਛ ਪੁਜਾਵਣਹਾਰੁ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ गुर परसादि परम पदु पाइआ सभ इछ पुजावणहारु ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Gur parsāḏ param paḏ pā▫i▫ā sabẖ icẖẖ pujāvaṇhār. ||1|| rahā▫o. By Guru's Grace, I have obtained the supreme status; the Lord is the Fulfiller of all desires. ||1||Pause|| ਸਭ ਮਹਿ ਏਕੋ ਰਵਿ ਰਹਿਆ ਗੁਰ ਬਿਨੁ ਬੂਝ ਨ ਪਾਇ ॥ सभ महि एको रवि रहिआ गुर बिनु बूझ न पाइ ॥ Sabẖ mėh eko rav rahi▫ā gur bin būjẖ na pā▫e. The One Lord is permeating and pervading amongst all; without the Guru, this understanding is not obtained. ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਪ੍ਰਗਟੁ ਹੋਆ ਮੇਰਾ ਹਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਇ ॥੨॥ गुरमुखि प्रगटु होआ मेरा हरि प्रभु अनदिनु हरि गुण गाइ ॥२॥ Gurmukẖ pargat ho▫ā merā har parabẖ an▫ḏin har guṇ gā▫e. ||2|| My Lord God has been revealed to me, and I have become Gurmukh. Night and day, I sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord. ||2|| ਸੁਖਦਾਤਾ ਹਰਿ ਏਕੁ ਹੈ ਹੋਰ ਥੈ ਸੁਖੁ ਨ ਪਾਹਿ ॥ सुखदाता हरि एकु है होर थै सुखु न पाहि ॥ Sukẖ▫ḏāṯa har ek hai hor thai sukẖ na pāhi. The One Lord is the Giver of peace; peace is not found anywhere else. ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਜਿਨੀ ਨ ਸੇਵਿਆ ਦਾਤਾ ਸੇ ਅੰਤਿ ਗਏ ਪਛੁਤਾਹਿ ॥੩॥ सतिगुरु जिनी न सेविआ दाता से अंति गए पछुताहि ॥३॥ Saṯgur jinī na sevi▫ā ḏāṯā se anṯ ga▫e pacẖẖuṯāhi. ||3|| Those who do not serve the Giver, the True Guru, depart regretfully in the end. ||3|| ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਸੇਵਿ ਸਦਾ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਫਿਰਿ ਦੁਖੁ ਨ ਲਾਗੈ ਧਾਇ ॥ सतिगुरु सेवि सदा सुखु पाइआ फिरि दुखु न लागै धाइ ॥ Saṯgur sev saḏā sukẖ pā▫i▫ā fir ḏukẖ na lāgai ḏẖā▫e. Serving the True Guru, lasting peace is obtained, and the mortal does not suffer in pain any longer. ਨਾਨਕ ਹਰਿ ਭਗਤਿ ਪਰਾਪਤਿ ਹੋਈ ਜੋਤੀ ਜੋਤਿ ਸਮਾਇ ॥੪॥੭॥੧੭॥ नानक हरि भगति परापति होई जोती जोति समाइ ॥४॥७॥१७॥ Nānak har bẖagaṯ parāpaṯ ho▫ī joṯī joṯ samā▫e. ||4||7||17|| Nanak has been blessed with devotional worship of the Lord; his light has merged into the Light. ||4||7||17||
