ਵੈਸਾਖੁ ਭਲਾ ਸਾਖਾ ਵੇਸ ਕਰੇ ॥ वैसाखु भला साखा वेस करे ॥ vaisākẖ bẖalā sākẖā ves kare. Baisakhi is so pleasant; the branches blossom with new leaves. ਧਨ ਦੇਖੈ ਹਰਿ ਦੁਆਰਿ ਆਵਹੁ ਦਇਆ ਕਰੇ ॥ धन देखै हरि दुआरि आवहु दइआ करे ॥ Ḏẖan ḏekẖai har ḏu▫ār āvhu ḏa▫i▫ā kare. The soul-bride yearns to see the Lord at her door. Come, O Lord, and take pity on me! ਘਰਿ ਆਉ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਦੁਤਰ ਤਾਰੇ ਤੁਧੁ ਬਿਨੁ ਅਢੁ ਨ ਮੋਲੋ ॥ घरि आउ पिआरे दुतर तारे तुधु बिनु अढु न मोलो ॥ Gẖar ā▫o pi▫āre ḏuṯar ṯāre ṯuḏẖ bin adẖ na molo. Please come home, O my Beloved; carry me across the treacherous world-ocean. Without You, I am not worth even a shell. ਕੀਮਤਿ ਕਉਣ ਕਰੇ ਤੁਧੁ ਭਾਵਾਂ ਦੇਖਿ ਦਿਖਾਵੈ ਢੋਲੋ ॥ कीमति कउण करे तुधु भावां देखि दिखावै ढोलो ॥ Kīmaṯ ka▫uṇ kare ṯuḏẖ bẖāvāʼn ḏekẖ ḏikẖāvai dẖolo. Who can estimate my worth, if I am pleasing to You? I see You, and inspire others to see You, O my Love. ਦੂਰਿ ਨ ਜਾਨਾ ਅੰਤਰਿ ਮਾਨਾ ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਮਹਲੁ ਪਛਾਨਾ ॥ दूरि न जाना अंतरि माना हरि का महलु पछाना ॥ Ḏūr na jānā anṯar mānā har kā mahal pacẖẖānā. I know that You are not far away; I believe that You are deep within me, and I realize Your Presence. ਨਾਨਕ ਵੈਸਾਖੀਂ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਪਾਵੈ ਸੁਰਤਿ ਸਬਦਿ ਮਨੁ ਮਾਨਾ ॥੬॥ नानक वैसाखीं प्रभु पावै सुरति सबदि मनु माना ॥६॥ Nānak vaisākẖīʼn parabẖ pāvai suraṯ sabaḏ man mānā. ||6|| O Nanak, finding God in Baisakhi, the consciousness is filled with the Word of the Shabad, and the mind comes to believe. ||6||
