ਜੋ ਜਨ ਲੂਝਹਿ ਮਨੈ ਸਿਉ ਸੇ ਸੂਰੇ ਪਰਧਾਨਾ ॥ जो जन लूझहि मनै सिउ से सूरे परधाना ॥ Jo jan lūjẖėh manai si▫o se sūre parḏẖānā. Those humble beings who struggle with their minds are brave and distinguished heroes. ਪਉੜੀ ॥ पउड़ी ॥ Pa▫oṛī. Pauree: ਹਰਿ ਸੇਤੀ ਸਦਾ ਮਿਲਿ ਰਹੇ ਜਿਨੀ ਆਪੁ ਪਛਾਨਾ ॥ हरि सेती सदा मिलि रहे जिनी आपु पछाना ॥ Har seṯī saḏā mil rahe jinī āp pacẖẖānā. Those who realize their own selves, remain forever united with the Lord. ਗਿਆਨੀਆ ਕਾ ਇਹੁ ਮਹਤੁ ਹੈ ਮਨ ਮਾਹਿ ਸਮਾਨਾ ॥ गिआनीआ का इहु महतु है मन माहि समाना ॥ Gi▫ānī▫ā kā ih mahaṯ hai man māhi samānā. This is the glory of the spiritual teachers, that they remain absorbed in their mind. ਹਰਿ ਜੀਉ ਕਾ ਮਹਲੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਸਚੁ ਲਾਇ ਧਿਆਨਾ ॥ हरि जीउ का महलु पाइआ सचु लाइ धिआना ॥ Har jī▫o kā mahal pā▫i▫ā sacẖ lā▫e ḏẖi▫ānā. They attain the Mansion of the Lord's Presence, and focus their meditation on the True Lord. ਜਿਨ ਗੁਰ ਪਰਸਾਦੀ ਮਨੁ ਜੀਤਿਆ ਜਗੁ ਤਿਨਹਿ ਜਿਤਾਨਾ ॥੮॥ जिन गुर परसादी मनु जीतिआ जगु तिनहि जिताना ॥८॥ Jin gur parsādī man jīṯi▫ā jag ṯinėh jiṯānā. ||8|| Those who conquer their own minds, by Guru's Grace, conquer the world. ||8||
