ਅੰਤਰਜਾਮੀ ਸਭ ਬਿਧਿ ਜਾਨੈ ਤਿਸ ਤੇ ਕਹਾ ਦੁਲਾਰਿਓ ॥ अंतरजामी सभ बिधि जानै तिस ते कहा दुलारिओ ॥ Anṯarjāmī sabẖ biḏẖ jānai ṯis ṯe kahā ḏulāri▫o. The Inner-knower, the Searcher of hearts, knows everything; what can anyone hide from Him? ਮਾਰੂ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥ मारू महला ५ ॥ Mārū mėhlā 5. Maaroo, Fifth Mehl: ਹਸਤ ਪਾਵ ਝਰੇ ਖਿਨ ਭੀਤਰਿ ਅਗਨਿ ਸੰਗਿ ਲੈ ਜਾਰਿਓ ॥੧॥ हसत पाव झरे खिन भीतरि अगनि संगि लै जारिओ ॥१॥ Hasaṯ pāv jẖare kẖin bẖīṯar agan sang lai jāri▫o. ||1|| Your hands and feet will fall off in an instant, when you are burnt in the fire. ||1|| ਮੂੜੇ ਤੈ ਮਨ ਤੇ ਰਾਮੁ ਬਿਸਾਰਿਓ ॥ मूड़े तै मन ते रामु बिसारिओ ॥ Mūṛe ṯai man ṯe rām bisāri▫o. You fool, you have forgotten the Lord from your mind! ਲੂਣੁ ਖਾਇ ਕਰਹਿ ਹਰਾਮਖੋਰੀ ਪੇਖਤ ਨੈਨ ਬਿਦਾਰਿਓ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ लूणु खाइ करहि हरामखोरी पेखत नैन बिदारिओ ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Lūṇ kẖā▫e karahi harāmkẖorī pekẖaṯ nain biḏāri▫o. ||1|| rahā▫o. You eat His salt, and then you are untrue to Him; before your very eyes, you shall be torn apart. ||1||Pause|| ਅਸਾਧ ਰੋਗੁ ਉਪਜਿਓ ਤਨ ਭੀਤਰਿ ਟਰਤ ਨ ਕਾਹੂ ਟਾਰਿਓ ॥ असाध रोगु उपजिओ तन भीतरि टरत न काहू टारिओ ॥ Asāḏẖ rog upji▫o ṯan bẖīṯar taraṯ na kāhū tāri▫o. The incurable disease has arisen in your body; it cannot be removed or overcome. ਪ੍ਰਭ ਬਿਸਰਤ ਮਹਾ ਦੁਖੁ ਪਾਇਓ ਇਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਤਤੁ ਬੀਚਾਰਿਓ ॥੨॥੮॥ प्रभ बिसरत महा दुखु पाइओ इहु नानक ततु बीचारिओ ॥२॥८॥ Parabẖ bisraṯ mahā ḏukẖ pā▫i▫o ih Nānak ṯaṯ bīcẖāri▫o. ||2||8|| Forgetting God, one endures utter agony; this is the essence of reality which Nanak has realized. ||2||8||
