ਮਾਇਆ ਕਾਰਨ ਬਿਦਿਆ ਬੇਚਹੁ ਜਨਮੁ ਅਬਿਰਥਾ ਜਾਈ ॥ Raga Maaroo, Kabir, 1, 3:2 (P: 1103).
2. ਞਾ ਕੈ ਹਾਥਿ ਸਮਰਥ ਤੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਰਨੈ ਜੋਗ ॥ Raga Gaurhee 5, Baavan Akhree, 26:7 (P: 255).
ਕਾਰਨ ਕਵਨ ਅਬੋਲ ॥ (ਕਿਸ ਸਬਬ, ਸਦਕਾ). Raga Dhanaasaree Ravidas, 1, 1:2 (P: 694).
