(ਕਲਾਣਿ) ਸੰ. ਕਲ੍ਯਾਣ. ਨਾਮ/n. ਕੁਸ਼ਲ. ਮੰਗਲ। 2. ਆਸ਼ੀਰਵਾਦ. ਅਸੀਸ। 3. ਵਿਰਦ (ਬਿਰਦ), ਜੋ ਕਲ੍ਯ (ਸਵੇਰ ਵੇਲੇ) ਉਚਾਰਣ ਕਰੀਦਾ ਹੈ, ਭੱਟ ਆਦਿਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੁਯਸ਼. “ਤੁਧੁ ਸਚੇ ਸੁਬਹਾਨ ਸਦਾ ਕਲਾਣਿਆ.” (ਮਃ ੧ ਵਾਰ ਮਾਝ) “ਬਾਂਗਾਬੁਰਗੂ ਸਿੰਙੀਆ ਨਾਲੇ ਮਿਲੀ ਕਲਾਣ.” (ਮਃ ੧ ਵਾਰ ਸੂਹੀ) ਦੇਖੋ- ਬੁਰਗੂ। 2. ਕ੍ਰਿ.ਵਿ. ਕਲਾਣ (ਉਸਤਤਿ) ਕਰਕੇ. ਮਹਿਮਾ ਗਾਕੇ. “ਸਚਾ ਖਸਮੁ ਕਲਾਣਿ ਕਮਲੁ ਵਿਗਸਿਆ.” (ਮਃ ੧ ਵਾਰ ਮਾਝ).
