(ਖੀਣਾਂ) ਸੰ. ਕ੍ਸ਼ੀਣ. ਵਿ. ਪਤਲਾ. ਦੁਬਲਾ। 2. ਘਟਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ. ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ. “ਬਿਰਧੁ ਭਇਆ ਤਨੁ ਖੀਣ.” (ਸ੍ਰੀ ਮਃ ੧ ਪਹਰੇ) 3. ਨਸ਼੍ਟ. “ਖੀਣ ਪਦਾਰਥ ਘਰ ਕੇ ਹੋਏ.” (ਗੁਪ੍ਰਸੂ) “ਕਹਿ ਕਬੀਰ ਕਿਲਬਿਖ ਗਏ ਖੀਣਾ.” (ਪ੍ਰਭਾ). Footnotes:
