ਉਦਾਹਰਨਾ:
1. ਕਰਣੀ ਕਾਬਾ ਸਚੁ ਪੀਰੁ ਕਲਮਾ ਕਰਮ ਨਿਵਾਜ ॥ Raga Maajh 1, Vaar 7ਸ, 1, 1:3 (P: 140).
2. ਬਸੁਧ ਕਾਗਦ ਬਨਾਰਜ ਕਲਮਾ ਲਿਖਣ ਕਉ ਜੇ ਹੋਇ ਪਵਨ ॥ Raga Aaasaa 5, Chhant 8, 4:5 (P: 458).

ਅ਼. [کلمہ] ਕਲਿਮਾ. ਨਾਮ/n. ਮੁਸਲਮਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ
ਮੁੱਖਮੰਤ੍ਰ. [لااِلاه ﷲمُحمّد رسُول ﷲ] “ਲਾ ਇਲਾਹ ਇੱਲਲਾਹੁ ਮੁਹ਼ੰਮਦੁੱਰਸੂਲੱਲਾਹ.” ਅਰਥਾਤ- ਕਰਤਾਰ ਬਿਨਾ ਕੋਈ ਪੂਜਣ ਯੋਗ੍ਯ ਨਹੀਂ, ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਪੈਗੰਬਰ ਹੈ. “ਤਵ ਤੁਰਕ ਜਨਮ ਕਲਮਾ ਉਚਾਰ.” (ਗੁਪ੍ਰਸੂ) 2. ਅਰਥਾਂ ਵਾਲਾ ਪਦ. ਉਹ ਵਾਕ, ਜੋ ਅਰਥ ਰਖਦਾ ਹੈ। 3. ਬਾਤ. ਗੱਲ. Footnotes:
